Position requires a candidate who is responsible for assisting the Human Resource Administrator with various HR functions within our organization, including recruiting and onboarding new employees, administering employee benefits programs, maintaining personnel records, recruiting functions include job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings and in-person initial interviews, and coordinating throughout the process.

)Schedule and assist employees enrolling in benefits programs offered by the organization.
Assisting in preparation of job postings, resume reviews, conducting phone screenings and in-person initial interviews.
Maintains recruitment database in HRIS (Paylocity).
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including employee information, performance evaluations, and other HR-related documentation.
Implement employee onboarding, orientation, and training to ensure that new employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
Assist with attendance, PTO, productivity, and exit interviews.
Assist with workers comp and/or liability insurance issues.
Maintain confidentiality for HR related subjects.
Other duties assigned.
Requirements:

years in HR role with administrative duties Bachelor's degree in a related field may substitute for experience Strong organizational skills Ability to use Outlook and Microsoft based software Good phone etiquette.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
